What was finished? Not "I'm done' but 'I'm completing the preparations to make a beginning for a clean and Holy relationship with the Father for you'. The Gospel of John gives an account of these last moments of Jesus' completion of the prophesies. As we remember His ultimate sacrafice, let us thank Jesus for His example of love and remember the words "It is Finished" as 'Jesus loves you and me.'
