What does Jesus mean when He talks about the 'unforgivable sin'?

Jesus and the Pharisees have a discussion about Sabbath rest - but while they talked about sabbath law, Jesus wanted them to understand that true rest isn't found in rules but in relationship with Him.

Jesus says there are two types of hearts - HARD (full of sin) and HEAVY (full of burdens). He wants to draw both to Him for hope, healing and redemption.

What we know about Jesus is important to our life and faith. Where we get information about Jesus is important too...we must turn to Scriptures. But what if we doubt? What if we question? Jesus says...come and wrestle, your doubts and questions are not too great for Him.

Persecution comes in two forms - the one where our lives our threatened, and the one where our social comfort is threatened. We live in a nation where we enjoy the freedom to share the gospel. Do we engage our lost family members or let things slide because we don't want to 'fight' with family? Jesus speaks about this....

Jesus was clear - the church will be persecuted. History prooves this to be true, not one generation has been free from it. How do we, Christ followers in a free nation, wrestle with persecution when we don't experience it to the fullness that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 10?
