In this episode I discuss some of the ideas I stewed over while spending the summer alone in a new state. I grapple with the challenges of being by yourself and the importance of shifting your focus outward to find balance.

Disclaimer: This is my least favorite episode to date. I don't really agree with everything I said when I listen back, but I wasn’t really in a place where I resonated with the topic afterwards which is why I didn't re-record. This is also why it took so long for me to post it.
