I'm back to chat a little today about what I've learned so far about mindfulness and pregnancy....or the lack thereof!  I talk about the challenges to stay present in my body when experiencing lots of discomfort and not feeling like myself.  I talk about mindset shifts that have helped me change perspective and hope that whatever you are going through, you can learn or find encouragement from my experience.
