Welcome to the Soul Cleaning series! I'm super excited to invite you to join me for this Spring podcast series as we look at the idea of what does it mean to "clean out our souls". 

In today's episode it's just me, Nicki Koziarz, sharing a teaching on what it really means to take the time to clean out our souls. 

Here are a few things we unpack in this episode: 

Symptoms of a Soul That Might Not Be Well:

1. Extreme fatigue
2. High levels of anxiety
3. The littlest thing can throw you off
4. Your thoughts are constantly negative and so are your words
5. You are distancing yourself more and more from people.
6. Are you saying yes when you should say no, and saying no when you should be saying yes?

I'm asking you these questions:

1. What messages are you feeding your soul?
2. What are the things in your life that are making you feel unstable?
3. What are the things that you are looking at in the future that feel unknown?
4. What is the sin that you just are not recognizing in your life right now?

I John 1:8

If we says we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

I John 1:9

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and cleans us from all unrighteousness. 

James 5:16

Therefore confess your sins to one another and pray for one another.  The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

1. Draft your perfect day. Plan ahead, look at your calendar and make a detailed schedule. Checking things off your list is a big encouragement and motivates you to reach your goals.

2. Make personal growth a priority.

3. We can make plans but it's God who shows us what we're supposed to be doing.
