Lessons from the Monarch Butterfly
Recently I learned in an accidental "experiment", how to increase the birth and release of Monarchs by twenty times the usual low number. I have a Monarch butterfly garden at our GULFPORT COMMUNITY GARDEN for three years. The "birth rate" has only been a few butterfies.
Amazingly, though, here are two lessons that you can glean from this incident with a new volunteer fellow gardener:
First: Don't let anyone tell you that you are WRONG especially when they first meet you! Trust in your OWN RESEARCH AND EXPERTS.
Second: When working with MOTHER NATURE'S CREATIONS, if you DISCOVER a better way to IMPROVE the lives and habitat of an endangered species, SHARE your discovery with others…

I think it's a good idea to stop or at least curtail drinking etc during chaotic times. A good way to start this process is doing some research by reading what the benefits are: SOBER CURIOUS by RUBY WARRINGTON "the blissful sleep, greater focus, and deep connection awaiting us all on the other side of alcohol"
