When you attend an annual office awards show that is not sanctioned by Corporate, you never know what to expect. When that awards show is with the cast of The Office, you can expect it to be hilarious! On the Season 2 premiere of The Office, the cast goes all-in on their inappropriate jokes and conversations, fueled by alcohol stolen from the tables of their co-workers, and led by their fearless leader, Michael Scott.

"The Alliance" sees the teaming up of Jim and Dwight, but not all is as it seems.  Today, Randy and Bruce talk about professionalism and productivity and the importance of having fun at work.
