In this episode, Stephea shares a deal about how she helped a seller get his father into a home and sell his house. The deal had some twists and turns as they found out the home had a mortgage on the property that the father didn't realize he had put on the home and the son didn't want to have to deal with it and wanted to exit the property and help his father get into an assisted living facility. They weren't able to wholesale the property so they decided to do the flip so that they could help the son and his father sell their home.
