Lessons I Learned From Taking a Year Off From the Gym to Heal an Addiction to Exercising

I started working out again after taking a year off from the gym after realizing I was addicted to exercising and that yet again there was another toxic pattern in my life and that I was the common denominator.


I’ve spent the last year healing this pattern and building the relationship with my body and am starting to workout again and rebuild my relationship with the gym. I’ve learned a lot on this journey, and I’m sharing some of the lessons with you on today’s episode. 


These lessons apply to aspects of life beyond just working out so before you dismiss this and think I’m totally cool with my relationship with working out I would encourage you to keep an open mind and see how these concepts may apply and be relevant to other aspects of your life
