Following the 1,018 Rep Pull Up Challenge I was asked to share my experience of volunteering at the Friendship Circle, an organization that helps individuals with special needs. I completed the challenge of doing 1,018 pull-ups in 4 hours to raise over $20,000 for the Friendship Circle.
