Rachel goes solo this week to give some perspective on the outside view of senior living. She'd never worked in senior living when she joined the SLF team but had a personal history with the industry. She talks about what it was like coming in without a lot of industry experience and connections, how the industry is not what she thought it was, and what her hopes are for the future.
