In this episode I talk about the lessons learned throughout my life. I also rant about how people sharing their trauma stories on social media get backlash from people who project onto to them. I think it's so messed up and wrong on so many levels and this is the reason why people aren't open to being vulnerable and sharing their stories because some people like to get on social media and rant and give their useless and stupid opinions about someone's life. I think it's pathetic and I can't stand people like that and those are the type of people you can't be around.
I am an empath and can always empathize with others who share their trauma on Tik Tok, Youtube, Instagram, etc. So I went on a rant about this and talked about many other things going on in the world that needs to be addressed. So this episode is an eye opener and a tough one so if this isn't for you, I don't blame you for not tuning in. At this point I don't want to try and be nice about genocides happening globally and America is threatening our democracy everyday.
But for those who understand and are open to listening to this episode feel free to stick around:)
P.S. I mentioned a market that I think you guys will want to check out. It sells healthy and sustainable products and is an amazing place that shouldn't go unnoticed. So go check out Thrive Market.
