Here's the biggest lessons I've learnt over the last year:

1. Put the effort in to be conscious 
2. You’re never starting over. You’re just taking the next step. 
3. Sometimes going to the next level feels like you’re going backwards. 
4. Your beliefs are only as strong as your until. 
5. You can do it all. But you can do it better if it’s not all at once. 
6. Success is boring. Quiet moments of consistency for long than most people will stay consistent for. 
7. Your trust in spending money comes from your trust to make more. 
8. People need hope. Followed by agency. 
9. Not all advice is meant for everyone. 
10. Fear is forever. It just disguises itself better. 
11. Marry a good man. 
12. Ready is a decision not a feeling. 
13. Learn to handle your own fear. You will always object your own growth.
