Wow!! What a start to this five-episode series to get us through the holidays! The holidays are not always uplifting for a lot of people. Sometimes our grief and sorrow for those we have lost gets kicked up a few notches during this time. How can I tune in to my loved ones no longer with me in physical form? Channel? Dream? A recurring emotional pattern (like anger, jealousy, or fear), a part of yourself you were taught to hide (sensitivity, intensity, sexuality, voice), an old wound or trauma you still carry, a limiting belief or behavior that once served to protect you

As I play the sound bowls, try to think of the following questions:

1 “What part of me longs to be seen?”

2 “What story am I ready to stop telling?”

3 “What is the gift in my darkness?”
