Did you know that sitting is the new smoking? People of caught on now and not so many people are smoking because, honestly it is a killer! However, we are glued to our electronics so much these days that we are either sitting at a computer, sitting and looking at our smart phone, or sitting and watching TV or doing video games.
This is not helping our bodies function! All kinds of problems stem from being sedentary. So when and how can you carve out time from your busy schedule to give your body the work out it really needs? What kind of a workout does it really need?
