Today October 10, 2023 is World Mental Health Day. Today is a day to bring awareness to mental health and promote mental well-being. In this episode I talk about mental health and about my experience which is something I never spoke about before publicly until now. I am not afraid to share this anymore, it is important to bring light to these situations. Mental health matters, you matter, you are loved, you are enough. I love you.
