If you actually want things to get better, you will need to start doing things. You can fix bad, but you can't fix nothing.

Back in June last year, Kelechi took us on a 3-part series on burn out, and he started with knowing what you can handle. It's the end of January, hope you're not burned out?

This is not a very serious episode sha. I attempted doing a "review" of a series that I'm currently watching; The Oval.

Before you take action to that circumstance or situation, pause for a minute and evaluate things. Run deep checks into the motive behind some actions and when you're done, you will find out your final action would be different because you paused.

The clarity you so desire can only come when you communicate. This is 2022, open your mouth and clear every form of assumption in your mind.

Discipline yourself to be responsible enough to commit. You can't expect things to work wonderfully well while you fold your hands.

Until you realise that you are of great value, you'll keep "trying" to get accepted even when you have gotten to the point where you are already an authority.

If you follow instructions from those above you when they tell you what to do, why shouldn't you respect yourself and follow through on targets set for yourself.
