Hiring process is quite a process, isn't it?  

Imagine being marginalized, people not extending a belongingness and you being taunted by the society and professional community. How would that make you feel and what options do you have in that case to earn a decent livelihood?  

This Podcast is all about hiring process, gender neutral workplace, sensitizing people, creating more awareness and much more - It is all about LGBTQ+ as job seekers in today's day and age.  

As an ally, this is the least I could do to create awareness.
