This week the #LetMeSipPod team begin with a discussion about the events which form your character. We ask is being destroyed the same as sacrifice or struggle? And if so, do you have to go through suffering to learn who you are? Does everyone have an experience that transforms an aspect of their life? Does it always have to be a negative emotion?

The conversation develops into one about learning from the experiences of others vs going through hardships yourself. Do you regret the negative experiences or do they help you develop? Were they unnecessary or unfortunate? And does the benefit of hindsight cloud your sense of what your past mistakes?

"What is a realistic budget to set aside for a girlfriend each month?"

In the second part we talk buying gifts… Should you have a fund set aside for spending on your partner? Does your opinion change if you are a 'kept woman' or is this purely entitlement? If this is your love language and you can afford it, should others mind their own? Or does this breed expectation? If the recipient adds value is it worth it? 

Later we talk dating someone who is significantly older/younger than you. If the love is genuine and healthy is this okay? Would you be embarrassed to tell your friends and family about it? Could you date someone older than your parents?

We end the episode with an update on the situation with DaBaby x Dani Leigh. Is baby mama drama becoming too common? Who's to blame in this situation? Do you feel sympathy or is this karma? Do some men have too many options or should she have seen this coming? What about the child during pregnancy and after?

This week the #LetMeSipPod explore the topics of Life and Death. We start this episode with the question... If you had 3 months left to live how would you spend it? How much time would you spend planning, panicking or actually living life to the fullest? What would make it onto your bucket list?

Next we look at ways of going out – would you want to be buried or cremated? Does it really matter if you won't be around to see it? And why should you need to re-mortgage your house just to afford your funeral? We also ask whether you would donate your organs when you pass away? And if so, would you want some say in who benefits? What are the implications of human and organ trafficking as seen in the popular Squid Game?

In the second segment we move onto more inspiring themes such as what is your greatest accomplishment so far? What motivates you to do your job? And would you choose financial enrichment / career progression over moral satisfaction? The team discuss what they would do if they weren't doing their current line of work and question whether low paying vocational jobs still have appeal? Have you closed the door to any interests/opportunities to follow the job you're currently in? And do people genuinely prefer stable employment to pursuing their dreams?

Leading on from White Yardie’s guess appearance on Unapologetic we end this week with a look at identity – or more particularly who defines it? We ask which nation do you self-identity with? And what makes you feel that way? Does it depend on what country you’re in and who is asking? Are you less of a native if you were not born or raised in a country? Does the same apply if you have not lived there in many years? Or does it all come down to how ingrained you are with the culture?

Uzy starts off this week's #LetMeSipPod episode with the saga of her stolen smartphone. This week the team ask would you be able to survive without your smart phone? How integrated is it into your lifestyle? Do we prioritise compatibility and convenience over the security and protection of our intimate data? And why are we willing to pay Apple so much for a relatively poor service?

Following the release of Summer Walker’s new album Desiree opens up about a recent change in her relationship status… We also discuss the topic of cheating during your partner’s pregnancy and whether the same applies if you're not in a relationship. If your partner has multiple baby mothers should you be surprised if you fail to buck the trend? Are we too quick to speak on situations we have no experience of? And do we sometimes invent situations in our minds to justify things we shouldn't?

This leads to a discussion about the latest updates in the Will and Jada show with them opening up to public about more private matters. Are they really displaying a united front?
