Did you ever experience time moving differently than it should move? One minute can feel like eternity, when you are waiting for something and 3 hours can feel like 15 min with amazing people and joyous moments aorund you. So why shouldn't we use this concept for our highest good? Today I want to introduce "Time Stretching" - as I call it - in combination with a big vibe. Holding the energies of for example anxiety and trust, as in my example in the episode. I want to give you the power of using this concept as well. Have fun playing with it ;)

There is this saying out there that the wing flapping of a butterfly, happening on one side of the earth, can cause a tornado on the other side of the world. Our actions or non actions have an effect on our environment too. By standing still and not moving forward, when every cell in your body is screaming to move ahead, we occupy space that is already meant for someone else. For example staying in a job that you outgrew, staying in a relationship where the date has expired etc. Don't ignore the call inside of your body, when it tells you that it is time to move...
