Part 1 of How to Survive a Breakup and we're using Carly as our "case study". She's just recently gotten out of a relationship and there are still questions and confusion. We talk about the things she's reached into her "Cope Chest" for and the times she's just had to "sit in it" and learn to accept the loss.

We all get lonely and feel a little melancholy sometimes and there are so many reasons why. We can feel lonely in a crowded room or surrounded by the people we love. So, in this episode we talk about all the different ways we have felt lonely and isolated and how we cope when it happens. Sometimes we know why and sometimes we don't. We tell you what's in our "Cope Chests" and hope we can help figure out what to pack in yours.
