Thank you all for listening to my podcasts. Today's Episode speaks about vain prayer and why it is not what God wants. I hope that the Lord speaks to you in the ways that you need it through this episode. 

Psalm 63 stuck out to me one day in the middle of one of my bible studies. While it was only supposed to be a verse in the study, I was intrigued to read the rest of the Psalm. It was worth it, as always. This Psalm tells us so much when it comes to yearning and seeking God and more about David's relationship with God. The ending of the Psalm speaks about how we will be sought out because we are believers but will be protected from those who do not speak of the Lord and spread lies about the Lord... even of us. 

Happy Independence Day! Ah, what a blessing it is to be free! Or semi-free it feels. I thought that this episode would be very fitting to air today. In these hard times for us as Christians, it feels like the world is crashing down. So many hate comments or hateful comments from those we love can really hurt. Here is how to have a calm discussion with those who oppose you and some encouragement to always continue to speak out about God and HIS WORD.

This was the Psalm that I did not know that I needed today! Thank you, God for putting a Psalm under my nose that is so common! We do not realize how powerful this Psalm is!

I have not focused on the full chapter of Deuteronomy 31... Until after the last episode. WHY did I not pay attention to the full chapter until NOW?! Maybe because God needed to put it in my life now instead of earlier. At least that is what I feel like he is telling me. God does NOT turn from us until we have turned from HIM. Even with that being said, he knows our actions and our future actions before we do. AND! If we come back to him & he knows that we are serious and truly trying he will be back into our lives. 

Why do I cling to this bible verse? Why is it so important to me? Why has this verse been so important to me in the past seven years? This verse has been a major verse that is stuck in my head through a healing journey that seemed so out of reach seven years ago. Thank you God for putting this verse in my life, on purpose.
