People you spend time with deeply shape your character faith and future. 1 Corinthians 15:33 says bad company corrupts good morals.

The problem is high cost cause fear and greed about the future. 

The human answers to save money and work extra hours. 

God's solution is to trust God as your provider it comes with having deep faith in God and practicing generous giving.

People feel stressed by constant bad news and social media. 

Take a digital break and try basic self-care. 

Stillness in God's presence and pressing into God provides true mental rest.
