This is an intro to what caving is, how I got into it, and one unforgettable adventure underground. Caving is the exploration of wild cave systems—dark, mysterious, and often untouched worlds beneath the Earth. I got into it out of sheer curiosity and a craving for adventure. It’s pushed me past my limits more than once, including one intense trip where I truly didn’t know if I’d make it back out.

After the high of a concert, a ceremony, or any peak experience… comes the integration. In this episode, I share grounded, soulful ways to support yourself—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—so you can hold what you’ve received and carry it with grace. This is for anyone learning how to land after touching the sky.
