Happy Hump Day! 

Tune in today to listen to another personal story of mine. I'll explain an injury that changed the trajectory of my life and the outlet that saved me. Now, this outlet is a pillar of my life and one that I continue to come back to for self love, movement, peace, stillness and healing.
