Lethbridge realtor David Agema has been in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for the past two months vacationing at a downtown condo with his wife, Elaine. They were safe, but had front row seats to the chaos as Mexican drug cartel members blockaded streets and set fires. Agema says he was impressed how quickly Mexican authorities restored order.
