After striking a deal with the circus Ringleader Ars, the party battles it out for Karen's life; Terry finds himself in possession of a rather lively weapon, and Pandora picks a fight with the party.

After receiving ominous letters from a passing courier about their pasts, the party makes a journey to the lively town of Ecclu, where they uncover an unsettling truth about Alphone's sister.
