Let's Be Real

I have learned a lot from Gideon, and relate to him all to well. From insecurity and doubt, to obedience and victory. We are enough because we have God. It is in our inability and weakness that he is strong through us. Thank you God that you are sufficient for all my needs!

This slowed down time during the Corona Crisis, that has us "Safer at Home" is a perfect time for us to take a look at our lives and hearts, and evaluate what we worship! 

My name is Erika and I am incredibly excited and rejuvenated by the word of God, all the things he teaches me and all the truth he has for each of us and for our lives. I am less enthused by all the flaws I see in me and all the work I need to address in my life each day. 
In this episode I introduce myself and my story thus far, where I come from, who I am, what I've done and where I am going...which honestly - I'm not entirely sure where that is yet.

My goal and passion for this podcast is that as women of faith we can discover what it looks and feels like to be humble and honest in our walk with the Lord. To see how authenticity with ourselves, and others, can deepen our relationship with God, and how that growth not only effects our lives, but also how it impacts the world around us.
