Today I talk to a friend, a gentle and beautiful human, Mo Neiman.

Many know Mo with his always smile, sense of humor, A support for half a decade in many retreat and healing spaces and through his private practice as a somatic and breathwork practitioner who is also trauma informed.

I know Mo from just a few years before some may know of him, he worked for me at my company (at the time). I knew he had a journey and a story to tell and today I was privileged to hear parts of it.

Besides the tools and ideas about trauma, healing, Breathwork and growth Mo shares with me his personal story of many different painful phases though different times of his life. His journey is a story of hope and possibility.
