Hi there,
I have a yucky cold, so unfortunately, I can’t record a podcast episode for tomorrow, but I want to give you a special invitation.
Episode 100 of the Kids Ask Dr. Friendtastic podcast is coming up! What I love most about the podcast is that it’s centered on children’s authentic voices and genuine concerns. With your help, I’d like to do something special for the 100th episode.
Could you please use your phone to create an audio recording of your child saying:
Their first name (or a first name)
Their age
One thing they’ve learned from the Kids Ask Dr. Friendtastic podcast.
(Be sure to hold your phone close to your child’s mouth.)

The 100th episode is scheduled for May 3, so please send in your child’s comments no later than Apr. 26, 2025. (Sooner is better!)
