In today's episode I got to speak to a really good friend of mine Bre. Bre (@coachedbybre) is a personal trainer, focussing on women’s health and strength goals which is actually how we met. We have known each other for about a year now, and over that time we’ve developed a really lovely friendship where she’s taught me a lot about health and fitness and what it means to me. So in this episode, we talk about how Bre got into coaching and why she decided on this path, why setting goals and self-discipline is important, and also the importance of living a balanced lifestyle.
