Todays episode is all about my labor and delivery of baby Jax at 39 weeks. And wow did things escalate quickly. From thinking my water broke to surprise c-section, his birth was by far nothing I expected but so grateful baby boy and were both safe and heathy.

Nothing makes you feel as alone as loss and infertility. 1-4 women will have a miscarriage, 1-8 couples struggle with diagnosed and or unexplained infertility.

April 19-25 was #NationalInfertilityAwarenessWeek and although I’m so happy there more open conversation surrounding loss and infertility, there needs to be more. So many are struggling in silence and alone and today ’s chat hopes to shine a light on loss and let you know you’re not alone. You are more than your ability to carry a child. Your value doesn’t come from a positive pregnancy test.
