Hi Sweeties! In this episode it's just me chatting about tips I have found that help me to create consistent quality cakes & buttercream. As I mention in the podcast, there is no such thing as a "perfect" cake and I am always learning, but I am often asked questions about buttercream so thought it was a good place to share my tips!
