Well we did it. On year of med school. Time to finally not feel like my ehad is exploding with a  test each week! Thanks for tuning in.

Today, we chat about the ridiculousness of Fast and the Furious and how I want to be able to drive a tank on a highway. We also discuss why sports are awesome, but fans are nuts. Alec Baldwin hits the coffee shop near me, and why it's crazy that anyone ever dies on a movie set. 

We get into the workings of a sauna and why people need to drop rap while I'm relaxing and steaming. I complain about people who love watching sports too much (even though I played baseball my whole life)  . We get into the recent news of people sleeping in Sedona in their cars because rent is astronomically high. And finally, the Mets suck. But the food is good? Maybe you should still go to Citi field despite their performance.

Today we start off jumping right into how my father gets all of his information from fox news and loves to rant about it in the morning rather than meditate. That's okay he's  a very smart guy and identifies as an independent.  We touch on my memory of a doordash e-biker laying flat on the ground as I was walking to a valentine's dinner date. And how it's pretty hard to dodge these guys on the way to getting my morning coffee in Brooklyn. 
Additionally, me and my brother got our food stolen by a doordasher but at least the dude got a free meal.
