After almost two years, we are back to our Season 1  format and SO EXCITED to catch you all up! 

Jess & Kayleigh sit down this week to discuss feelings of 'meh' and how to help reset when feeling in a rut.

Jess & Kayleigh had the honour of speaking candidly with counsellor/author & producer about eating disorders, OCD and our current climate. We are so excited for you all to hear this insightful conversation.

Lynn is a mental health champion, counsellor and author of four books that give advice and hope to sufferers of mental illness and their families, including Hope with Anorexia, Hope with OCD and Hope with Anxiety (Headline Health)

A mother to twin grown-up daughters, Charlotte and Samantha, and a Granma to Charlotte’s 6-month-old twins Georgia and Reggie,  Lynn's passion for mental health awareness came through the battles she faced with Samantha, who suffered with anorexia in her teens and obsessive compulsive disorder in her early 20s.

Lynn works tirelessly to break the taboos around mental illness, making sure that no family ever feels alone in their struggle, whether through Lynn's unique and personalised approach to counselling or through her books and awareness raising.

More recently she has produced a short film co-written and acted in by her daughter Samantha , ‘A Day with OCD’ which is a satirical but equally sensitive look at just how debilitating living with OCD can be, It has been so well received that the next one ‘A Day with Anxiety’ is in the making.

Lynn is never happier than when surrounded by her family, husband Kevin, her girls,  and now looks forward to combining her passion for mental health with a new chapter of her life as a granma.

Lillie Bernie, is an artist and model, who has beaten the odds and made her name and work known through the social media world. Jess and Kayleigh discuss this in depth with Lillie and the challenges she first faced in the art world whilst still working as a model.

Lillie has hit Instagram by storm by having her paintings hung up in various celebrity homes such as fashion guru Amy Neville, love islanders Amber Davies and Eyal Booker, MIC star Sophie Habboo and most recently Selling Sunsets icon Chrishell Stause.

Passionate about opportunities for upcoming artists and the power of social media, Lillie has used the platform since 2017 to advertise her work, establish a following and follow her dreams. 

In today's episode, Jess & Kayleigh discuss how evolving as a human being is deeply rewarding and comes with it's own set of trials and tribulations, paying special attention to the entertainment industry. We also close the episode by discussing our personal opinions on the pro-choice/pro-life abortion laws based on the current situation in America.

Brittany is an inspiring business woman who came fourth in The Apprentice 2022 at only 25 years old. 

Brittany shares her top tips for keeping a positive outlook and maintaining an effective mindset. We can't wait for you all to hear Brittany's interview and we are already planning to get Brittany back on the pod!

In this weeks episode, Kayleigh & Jess discuss money and the impact that financial status and monetary values have on our lives and those around us. Money can be a rather awkward thing to talk about and therefore seemed like a perfect topic for Kayleigh & Jess to unpack and delve deeper into.
