I first heard of the "Lindy Effect" while reading Nassim Taleb's "Antifragile" and decide to see what books I read fall under this concept. In this episode, I talk about how audiobooks will help you read more books. I cover the negative perceptions I had about audiobooks like you are not "reading," I can't take notes or highlight the book, and I can't do other things while listening. My mind has changed about audiobooks, and there are advantages like the narrator speed option, you can "listen, stop, and pick up where you left off," and it is easier to read large books.

In this episode, I talk about the Inc.com article by Jessica Stillman called "Why You Should Surround Yourself With More Books Than You'll Ever Have Time to Read." I gain a new perspective on all my unread physical books on my bookshelf and Unread books in my "want to read" list online which use to make me feel so behind. Now I know that it is just a humbling reminder of how much I do not know. Also, that gaining knowledge and learning is a lifelong journey. Lastly, it keeps me intellectually hungry.
