Dr. Justin Puder is a licensed psychologist and content creator living in south Florida. He has a private practice where he primarily works with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, grief, and trauma. Dr. J has built a community of more than 800,000 followers by creating content aimed to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health.
