hello listeners, i'm back with episode 3 - talking about all things on confidence. How many times have you thought to yourself "only if i was more confident", "only if i had what it takes!" or "I wish I was HER/HIM" - then let me stop you right here - confidence is like a muscle & yes, you have to put in the work ACTIVELY to build it stronger. I struggle with it on a daily basis, but we all have to try and be there for ourselves, stand up for ourselves so we can go get what we want FOR ourselves.
