Episode 3 is an episode of a lot of "firsts".
After months on backorder, my second microphone and stand come in, allowing in-person recordings to happen!
Instead of recording in my home office, I decided to do a live, on-location recording. We recorded this at Brass Horn Coffee Roasters in Murfreesboro, TN. (so if there is a lot of background noise, it's intentional.)
The last "first" comes from my guest, Evan Upton. Evan is an up-and-coming songwriter, producer, and hip-hop artist. He just dropped his FIRST album, "Starving Artist", which came out this past Friday.
Evan and I talk about his intro to music, hip-hop culture, and tips for aspiring artists. We also get a full length listen to the track, "Gimme a Plate...", off the album and the heart behind the album itself.
Follow the link below to get access to all of his social media links and where to find "Starving Artist".
