In a season full of tough stuff our brains are working in over time to keep going at a normal pace. World Mental Health Day on Saturday was a good reminder that even though we are not our mental health diagnosis, it is important to honor that diagnosis and make sure we are allowing ourselves some grace in moments of weakness. It is also important that we are not shaming our diagnosis either, 1/4 people have mental health illness and its okay to feel whatever way we do. In this episode we dive into topics of how to allow ourselves space to feel and heal.
