So lets not start 2021 with resolutions about things we feel pressured to change. Take the first month of the year and meditate and pray on the things that are going to be important to you. Do not let society tell you to hate your body, or to lose 50 pounds that you do not even want. I am here to tell you that you are capable of so much, and 2021 can be a great year just don't set yourself up for failure by setting resolutions that won't last. In this episode I discuss a touchy topic, but I think a very needed topic! I think that motivators are important and being your own motivator is the ultimate goal, but I think sometimes it takes us a minute to get there and that requires a lot of healing. Sometimes our motivators are the people in our lives, this may feel backwards because it is jammed down our throats to do things for ourselves. What I have found though is what is the motivator at the beginning does not matter.
