In this week’s episode, we take a look at climate anxiety. We define what climate anxiety is and how climate and climate changes can affect a person’s mental health. We then look at which ways someone could be affected by climate change; directly, indirectly or by awareness. We then discuss the issues surrounding climate change and look at those most affected, the biggest contributors and how long it may be until we see any improvements. We learn some ways of coping or coming to terms with the environmental situation and realising you are not alone in this.
