The council improved participation in innovation by encouraging, empowering, and supporting women and other underrepresented groups as future innovators through strategic initiatives.

A Washington D.C. native, Mr. Chiles now resides in Maryland with his family. He is an inventor with over 15 granted patents committed to driving positive change and making a meaningful impact on the world around him.
