We unpacked how Harvey Weinstein was found guilty of Rape & Sexual Assault and how will this change the Me Too Movement moving forward?

We bring in Kendrin Sonneville, assistant professor of nutritional sciences at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, where she studies eating disorder prevention and ask how do we deal with our own body-image struggles without passing them on to the people around us specifically when it comes to parents and kids.

Plus, we get sexy with sexting, James shares with us how he kept his long-distance relationship with his husband all through sexting.
