May is Mental Health Awareness Month. This month I am dedicating my podcast to support the efforts of the Association of Tennessee Alphamen of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. in supporting mental health awareness. 

I changed my cover photo to the Ukrainian Flag this week to support the fight of the Ukrainians. To see their people get slaughtered because of a madman's obsession is disturbing, yet it has occurred in the past. 

This podcast episode is dedicated to the people of the Ukraine. May we never forget their plight or the problems we face here at home. We still have a long way to go.
