  • Level Up Your Leadership Game with Stephen Morris

Leadership is the demonstration of psychological and emotional courage.   Which we all have access to if where willing

to dig deep enough into our toolbox to find it.
Because here is the secret about leadership, where all born with authentic
traits necessary to be authentic and phenomenal leaders.  We all have within our capacity the ability to
change the course of history and transform our society into leading winners of
the future.  By leaning on the example of
prosperous outlooks if our preparation towards greatness and its commitment to
it shows no faults. However, the question is how do you manage the stress as a
practical matter to experience the highest level of prosperity possible?  For Army veteran turned leadership coach Stephen Morris he helps people to
Lead like a Champion with Purpose and Impact

    Leadership

is where I thrive. It's what I am passionate about and what I have been doing
for the past 21 years of my professional career in the Military and Corporate
worlds. I've been blessed to have some of the most spectacular examples of
leadership anyone could ask for, and now it is my passion to share everything I
have learned with others as a Leadership Development and Career Coach. Whether
you are a CEO, manager, or team member with a military background or not, I can
help you take your leadership and career to the next level.

    As a United

States Army veteran, I have spent much of my adult life serving my country and
leading combat and non-combat deployments worldwide. After leaving the Army, I
joined the civilian workforce with leadership roles for several divisions of
one organization. There was nothing easy about my transition into civilian
leadership. I struggled with my new reality, having left the full-throttle life
I knew. I was used to being surrounded by high-octane individuals with shared
goals and a common work structure which I did not find outside of the military.
I worked through this transition with a fantastic Coach, and through his help,
I realized that Coaching leaders and those aspiring to be leaders in the
development of their skills and helping them with their career strategy is
    where I belonged.

    Inspired by

the great leaders I have known and how they molded me into the celebrated
leader I had become, I started Renowned Leadership. My purpose is to help
people become authentic leaders with character and integrity. Leaders whom
everyone wants to follow. At Renowned Leadership, the focus is on developing
the whole person so they can achieve anything they desire.  He joined me this week to tell me more.

  • Empowering Growth Through Strategic Leadership and Innovation with: Katrina Purcell

The technology industry has not just weathered the pandemic-driven

disruptions of the past few years—it has flourished. The crisis thrust many
tech companies into the future, spurring them to accelerate digital
transformation, improve supply chains, pursue as-a-service offerings, and

A major challenge now for tech companies is

how to weather a potential economic slowdown by trimming costs, increasing
efficiency, and growing revenues. At the same time, many are likely to look for
ways to remain innovative and build a strong competitive position for the
    future.

  • Creating a Community of Vegan Champions with: Scott Burgett

Almost 6% of Americans Are Vegans, i.e., 9.7 Million. (The

Guardian) In 2014, the statistic was 1%. This 500% increase speaks to the fact
that people in the US are doing more than just talking about veganism, says The
    World Animal Foundation.

     For Scott Burgett he helps

vegans lose up to 20 lbs in four months without crazy restrictive diets.  He’s the  founder of Evolution Vegan Academy. An online
coaching program that helps vegans lose up to 20 lbs in four months using his
M3 Fit System. He is a CSCS and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach and
has trained both professional and collegiate athletes. Living in Austin with
his wife, dog, and son, Scott's mission is to help create vegans leaders in his
community so they can spread their impact throughout generations.  Rewind back to 2013. I’m fresh out of
college, moved back to Arizona from Washington state, and starting in the world
of working for myself. I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and wanted
to become a professional strength coach in the NFL. I played football my whole
life, through college, and felt that was my calling. To help athletes perform
at high levels. After working a couple of odd jobs right out of school, I
landed a small role as a performance coach for the Seattle Mariners baseball
    team.
    And during that
time, I was first exposed to plant-based eating after watching a documentary in
2014. At the time, I didn’t think anything much other than, “that seems
interesting, but it’s not for me.” A year goes by and I realize that I felt
unfulfilled in my personal life. Working in professional sports was fun but
also exhausting, with very little pay. So I decided to switch gears and landed
a job at a bank as a Wellness Administrator in San Antonio, TX. My girlfriend
at the time and I picked up our life and hauled our things across half the
    country to Texas.

    During my time at
this job, I really started taking a greater interest in health and
documentaries started to become really popular on Netflix. In particular, docs
about plant-based eating and veganism. I started to take more of a liking to
them because I resonated with the message: take care of yourself, the planet
    and the animals.

    It was April of
2016, and I started to experiment more with plant-based eating. I’d pack a
mason jar salad for my lunch at work but started to swap my chicken for
chickpeas. I’d start small at just one meal for a couple of weeks, then two,
and so on and so forth until all meals were plant-based. Then my dinners became
more plant-based and so did my breakfast choices. I felt great and was having a
lot of fun with this new way of eating. And during one night I’ll never forget
in January 2017, my wife and I were watching the critically acclaimed
documentary Cowspiracy. I remember vividly I was washing the dishes in our
two-bedroom apartment, my wife Cally was on the couch, and the scene came on
the TV that showed the fate of baby male chickens. He joined me this
    week to tell me more.

  • Seeing Your Inner Brilliance with: Charlsey Childers

Injecting the confidence of hope into the framework of your

life means on some level you believe in the wisdom of the message you have to
share.  To help others redefine their
version of perseverance, guidance, and  inner
    strength.  Being joyful means your
unwilling to compromise on your happiness and you shouldn’t.  No one knows more about life fulfillment  than Charlsey Childers “As a Self Worth and
Confidence Coach, I stand behind big dreamers, helping them navigate through
doubts, inadequacies, and upper limits that naturally arise for high-achievers,
so they can reach their next levels of success and impact in the most aligned,
    satisfied, and fulfilled way.
    I kept going,
trying to push forward - waking up to a good life I was thankful for while also
having dreams that didn't seem within reach.
    "Why can't I
just accept the life I already have?"
    "Who do I
think I am to accomplish that?"
    "I'm just not
good enough, that must be why I'm failing."
    "Why aren't I
    satisfied with this life?!"
    "What's wrong
    with me?!"

    I was in the same
place that many big dreamers find themselves in... for years. Beating myself
up, doubting if I was worth it, constantly questioning myself, using perceived
failures to back up the judgements I made of myself, and constantly battling
    deeply-rooted feelings of rejection.

    The lack of
satisfaction deep inside left me wanting more and having no idea how to get
    there...

    Especially when my
mind constantly reminded me of my inadequacy, my low worth, and my lack.

    In 2017, something
changed. I was tired of pretending and struggling in silence. I couldn't keep
my desire for more inside any longer. The resistance I felt inside was so
strong. I knew something had to change or else I was afraid I would live in
regret for the rest of my life.

    I am also

the host of the Seeing Your Inner Brilliance podcast... the podcast that does
just that - helping big dreamers truly see themselves for who they are rather
than who life has told and shaped them to be.”   She joined me this week to tell me more.

  • Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone as a Business Owner with: Kevin Dunlap

Though the average small business is

operated by a solo founder, small businesses still provide a vast amount of
employment opportunities within the U.S. Over the past 25 years, small
businesses have generated nearly 13 million net new jobs.[1] For perspective, that’s about
two-thirds of the jobs added to the economy, according to Forbes.  For Kevin Dunlap he’s been
an entrepreneur for over 20 years. “I am a self-published author of 4 books and
a former podcast host of a show called Life's Little Lessons where I
interviewed other entrepreneurs from across the globe.

I became an entrepreneur in 1999 after being downsized while working for

Corporate America. This is when I discovered that there is no job security when
working for someone else. This led me to experience my first entrepreneurial
gig when I found interest in a network marketing company that sold air/water
    filters and homeopathic products.

After the company was shut down I eventually ventured over into real

estate. I started as a real estate consultant and investor. This would
eventually lead to becoming a Realtor. I worked in real estate from 2002 until
2020. After releasing my 4th book called Launch! - The A to Z in Creating a
Successful Business I decided I wanted to work with other
entrepreneurs to help them make the transition from a full-time job to running
their own business. In 2022 I made the move from Las Vegas - after living there
for 18 years - to Raleigh, NC. At that time I went full-scale into the business
    coaching arena.

I have created a training company called Optimal Performance Academy where

I have both online training programs as well as different levels of coaching. I
do have a weekly free training program where I train anyone who is interested
in running their own businesses which is found on Meetup under the name Small
    Business Owners.

My first goal is to help 100 entrepreneurs become 6-figure wage earners

in their business through one or more of my coaching programs or online
    training programs".  He joined me

  • Can America Find It's Common Ground Again? with: Rick Walker

Americans are in a negative mood about the current state of the

country, with large majorities expressing dissatisfaction with the economy and
overall national conditions. And when they look toward the not-too-distant
future, they see a country that in many respects will be worse than it is
today, according to a new Pew Research Center survey.

Views of specific problems have also become more negative over

the past five years. For each of the four items included in the new survey,
Americans today are about 10 percentage points more likely to offer a negative
prediction than they were when asked to think about the year 2050 in a separate survey
conducted by the Center in 2018. For example, 77% of Americans
now expect the nation to be more politically divided in 2050 – up from 65% who
made that prediction five years ago.  One
man who may have some interesting viewpoints on this discussion is Rick Walker.
He’s  a proven leader across multiple
domains – business, global politics and philanthropy. He can meet people  where they are by discussing a variety of
highly complex topics and simplifying them into succinct messages for broad
    understanding.  His experience includes
20+ years of being a CEO scaling a company to over 400 employees and a
non-profit to over 2,300 people, as well as being a former Congressional
Candidate. Rick can provide inside ib: - Lessons from Rick's Conversations with

     According

variety of companies, large and small including startups, in the market

The American Heart Association says:  American adults

consume an average of 17 teaspoons of added sugar every day, more than 2-3
times the recommended amount for men and women respectively. This adds up to around 60 pounds of added sugar
                consumed annually.  Sue Thomas

believe everyone has the right to take back control of their wellbeing. Sugar

they have an addiction to sugar which is compromising their quality of life.
But more importantly sugar and its relationship with insulin is causing a
health epidemic in the western world. Not just diabesity and heart disease, but
