We realized that most of the things we learn from listening to these cases can be applied to many social, emotional, and professional situations. I promise we make some valid points.

With everything going on in the world, we felt that this was the right time to bring up something that we are all guilty of: emotional suppression. Emotional suppression happens when you start to ignore your feelings and instead of dealing with them. In this episode, we discuss the warning signs, the typical traits, and different ways you can start to feel and feel better!

Terrence Sullivan is the new Exective Director for the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights and is a dear friend of the pod. We invited him on this week to discuss how KCHR is helping uphold civil rights in Kentucky and how you can help bring awareness to their cause. We also spoke about "Anti-Racism Kentucky", an initiative that creates policy ideas, researches them, and presents the to local government.
