Hey Everyone! We're back with season 2!! And what better way to start off with properly introducing ourselves to you all with our backstory of how we got into fitness and why we decided to start a podcast in the first place. We both have very different journeies to get us to where we are but ultimately we both ended up at a very similar destination, and that's here with all of you on this podcast!!

Not to be biased but it's super sweet to hear our stories of how we found a love for fitness and coming together to try to help as many people as we can find that love as well.
