We have both felt this way many times and even until this day. Getting our podcast onto youtube has been a goal of ours for quite some time, but lots of insecurities and fears filled us which prevented any opportunity to just try.
Now, use us as an example, our audio and video are FAR from perfect, we do not have a fancy recording studio or expensive editing skills... but we did it! And it WILL get better with time, we have to start somewhere. Even the people you admire most and aspire to be like are going through the same feelings of hesitation, instead of staying there, we invite you to TRY and we can almost guarantee that you will surprise yourself.
