Let's Make It Better

It's a REUNION SHOW as Chris and Bob are back in the studio together!  This week we take a look at risk.  Acceptable risk, unacceptable risk and why the world seems to have a hard time agreeing on any of it.  How does risk relate to responsibility?  How does responsibility translate to being accountable to the risks you take?  Risky being this serious, but that's what you get with us.

I wish this episode was better, the heck with it :)

In this Quick Hitter episode we deal with what contentment is, what it isn't and what we can do about it.

I was going to write a really imaginative post for this episode, but I came up empty.   Enjoy a new "Quick Hitter" episode of LMIB!

There it is--- GREEN FLAG!   Logic is heading off hard into turn 1 followed closely on the outside by ageless romanticism and being pressured from behind by a sense of hollow regret.  Going into turn 2 it looks like logic will win out, WAIT!  Back in the pack it looks like a fear of failure and a harmful memory of childhood has crashed coming onto the straight-away!  Nobody wins in this shameful pile-up of bad self esteem and broken dreams.

It's not baseball and it's not soccer.  It's auto racing.   We tackle the important problems like "rain" and stuff.  Check it out on Let's Make It Better, "Auto Racing".

Join us this week for an informative interview with Officer Erich!  Erich calmly approaches the driver's side window of the LMIB podcast for an honest, open and interesting discussion on what it's like to be a cop.  We tackle things like the stress of the job, why those lights are so bright and figure out just how we could all be doing and getting along a little bit better.

Practice, practice, practice.  Practice makes...better.  This episode we return triumphantly to introduce leaner, meaner and lighter version of LMIB.   Interviews?  Yeah.  Just hold tight to hear from some of the most interesting people who are likely to eventually talk to us.  Here we go, let's make it better.

Places envelope on forehead: "The answer is Disco & Herpes":  Opens envelope: "Name two things you'd rather come back than the Let's Make It Better Podcast"

George Costanza said it best "I'm BACK BABY!".   Technically, we never left, but we've taken a break and are ready to launch into a new season of shows.   Here it comes, it's the Let's Make It Podcast return announcement.  We will see you soon-- and hey, while I got you here trying to remember who Carnac is, how about you send us a topic or question at [email protected] or hit us up on Twitter, @LetsMakeItBett2

Have a brew.  Don't cost nuthin'.

Shotgun it, keg stand it or slow sip it while peeling the label.  We don't care how you enjoy it, but we know we all love it.  It's beer.  It's a national pass time.  As Homer would say (Simpson, not the one you flunked the test on in 10th grade) "Beer: the cause of and solution to all of life's problems".

We redress the events of the day, circle the urinal cake a few times on beer details and then wrap it up with a spirited game of "would you rather...".  It's the Let's Make It Better Podcast!
